Grow Good Things

Grow Good Things is Valley Fresh's annual spring fundraising programme, helping schools, sporting clubs, workplaces and community organisations raise funds while encouraging more Tasmanians to grow their own food.

Each spring, we grow thousands of organic vegetable seedlings right here in the Huon Valley. Participating organisations simply invite their community to place an order online, and for every seedling sold, they receive a share of the proceeds.

Together, we're helping grow thriving gardens, stronger communities and a little more good across Tasmania.

    • You sign up for the fundraiser.

    • We then send you a unique link that you can send to your community

    • The community orders their seedlings before the closing date, and pays through the secure checkout

    • We grow the plants and deliver to your organisation in labelled trays, ready to sort into orders

  • Orders open on August 10, and close on September 11. Delivery will be from November 2 or as arranged (weather permitting)

  • All seedlings cost $5 each to buy. We charge the school association, organisation or club $3 each, with the proceeds going towards your nominated charity or school association
